Need working papers?
Mrs. Hover, school nurse, will be in the office on
Monday, April 27 & Tuesday, April 28, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am
If you need working papers, please email Mrs. Hover at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
If you can’t come in on one of those dates, Mrs. Hover will make
arrangements to meet you on a different Monday or Tuesday.
The working papers form can be found at www.granvillecsd.org.
Under the “Schools” tab, select the “Jr/Sr High School”
Under the “Services and Resources” tab, select “Health Services”
Scroll down and click on the “Related Files” tab.
The working papers form is the very first one.
Due to our shut-down parameters, walk-ins are not permitted.
When you email Mrs. Hover; she will provide you the details you will need.
