Operation Santa 2021 Application
The holiday season will soon be upon us and "Operation Santa Claus" will again warm the hearts and homes of many of our local families. If you feel you are an eligible family for the "Operation Santa Claus" program, please fill out the confidential application enclosed and return it to your child’s building by October 22nd.

If you have more than one child, only one application needs to be submitted. Please include all childs names on the same application.

* Please note that due to COVID 19 restrictions, fundraising will be impacted. Therefore, this year's program will be based upon first come, first serve.
*Due to COVID 19 restrictions gift cards will be issued again this year. They will be distributed in late November, early December. Gift cards can be used to purchase clothing items only for your child/children.
